FIRM GOVERNANCE

D. James Nahikian, MSCS JD founded the firm and continues to serve as its managing principal. He envisioned a law practice where clients from across the globe would receive sophisticated service without having to pay for marble floors and expensive trappings they might never experience. The firm holds a comprehensive subject matter law library and makes extensive use of electronic research and filing tools.

Mr. Nahikian worked as a programmer and earned a masters degree in computer science with advanced graduate coursework in software engineering, security architecture, bioinformatics and Monte Carlo algorithms. He is a registered patent attorney. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Nahikian served as an intellectual property and technology attorney with several respected law firms in Chicago.

Bar and Court Admissions: registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois; Illinois; other courts pro hac vice.
